  • You may return eligible non-custom products within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Return shipping is free.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed items (e.g., backdrops, banners, canvas prints) cannot be returned for refund unless defective or damaged.
  • Once you approve the proof, the order is final — cancellations or changes are not allowed.
