As advertised and even better! Set up was a breeze and easily handled by one person. Directions were accurate and material/ supplies are solid. This easy pop up tent is a very good deal and protected guests from blazing sun as well as stayed in place (with just four stakes, in torrential rain (sideways pouring) and winds over 15 mph! We are very impressed!
